No team likes getting blown out in a game.
Often times you'll see the biggest fights erupt when the game is clearly out of reach. That's exactly what happened during Saturday night's ECHL action between the Colorado Eagles and Florida Everblades.
With the Eagles leading by a score of 5-1, Colorado forward Darryl Bootland tried to agitate Florida goaltender Anthony Peters. This altercation sets off a huge brawl between both teams, in which 106 penalty minutes were handed between both teams.
The brawl even featured Peters skating down the ice and engaging in a spirited bout with Eagles netminder Kris Lazaruk.
Believe it or not, this game was "Stick Up For Kids Night", with Eagles fans raising $57,000 for four children's charities.
That's some old time hockey.
