Waivers: 25 year old defenseman up for grabs today
Some last minute roster shuffling?
This just in, the Winnipeg Jets have placed defenseman David Gustafsson on waivers today.
The 25 year old blueliner played 36 games with the Jets last season, but failed to nail down a full-time spot with the Jets in training camp and pre-season. It's expected that the Jets will suit up like so on the back-end this evening:
Josh Morrissey - Dylan Demelo
Haydn Fleury - Neal Pionk
Logan Stanley - Luke Schenn
If Gustafsson makes it through waivers expect him to be assigned to the AHL's Manitoba Moose.
