Watch: Unknown player does a back flip on the ice while skating backwards and scores.

This is one of the more impressive feats we've seen on ice as of late.

Pavel Barber has shared a video of an unknown player on his Instagram account, and in that video the mystery player executes a picture perfect back flip, while skating backwards no less, before taking a hand-off from another skater and scoring a goal to top it all off.

Obviously this is a choreographed event and not a live game scenario, but nonetheless the athletic talent on display is rather impressive. The only clue we have as to the potential identity of this mystery player is the playing surface itself. It, as well as the size of the arena in the background would appear to indicate that this took place in Montreal.
