Wayne Gretzky insults Paul Bissonnette in front of Biz’s mother!
Finally The Great One meets the woman who is responsible for his co-host Paul Bissonnette.

Ahead of this weekend’s festivities for the All-Star Game in Toronto, many reporters, analysts and TV hosts made their way to the Canadian city in order to take part in all activities. This includes legendary player and now analyst for TNT Wayne Gretzky, who tagged along with one of his co-host Paul Bissonnette for the occasion.
To kick things off, the Hall of Famer and the Spittin Chiclets crew went to Basement Pop-Up Experience at 549 Richmond St. W. where a replica of The Great One’s childhood basement can be explored. It looks like a museum where fans can jump on a waitlist to see every historical bits and pieces that are displayed there.
It looks unbelievable as the Spittin Chiclets show off on their account on X, formerly known as Twitter.
However, what made this the best footage is when the camera caught Gretzky meeting with Paul Bissonnette’s mother. The Great One couldn’t help but take a show at his co-worker, even in front of his own mother!
“And what happened to your son? You’re so pretty and he’s like…I’m not sure.”
Gretzky was obviously poking fun at Bissonnette since upon meeting his mother he right away went on about how proud she must be seeing that the former NHL enforcer has been doing a tremendous job as a hockey analyst.
This didn't stop Bissonnette from telling The Great One to "chill with those hands Wayno" when greeting his mother.
It’s not the first time Gretzky and Bissonnette make fun of one another. Often on the TNT broadcast, they make jokes and poke fun, especially when it comes to Bissonnette’s favourite team, the Toronto Maple Leafs.
It’s great to see that Gretzky is enjoying the Pop Up experience of his own childhood basement and that he will be in Toronto for the busy weekend.
