The Winnipeg Jets roster appears to have a lot of promise, but the hard work for general manager Kevin Cheveldayoff is far from over.

On Thursday the Jets general manager went a long way to rounding out the organizations bottom six forward grouping by signing two players to new contracts, Adam Lowry and Joel Armia.

The Jets disclosed the full details of both contracts, revealing that both deals will carry a term of two years and that Armia will earn an average annual value of $925,000 while Lowry will earn himself $1.1225 average annual value.

The Jets made the announcement official via their social media.
