Xhekaj and Jeannot drop the gloves and go at it in Montreal
Two heavyweights going at it! That's hockey, baby!
HockeyFeed
The Montreal Canadiens are taking an absolute whooping from the Tampa Bay Lightning this evening, currently down 4-0 on home ice.
Not pretty.
You know what is pretty though? A true NHL heavyweight tilt.
We don't get too many heavyweight fights in the NHL anymore these days because there are just so few genuine heavyweights left in the NHL. There's Ryan Reaves of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Milan Lucic of the Boston Bruins, Ross Johnston of the Anaheim Ducks, Matt Martin of the New York Islanders, Tom Wilson of the Washington Capitals, Zac MacEwen of the Ottawa Senators and tonight's combatants Tanner Jeannot of the Lightning and Arber Xhekaj of the Canadiens.
Fortunately for our enjoyment, Jeannot and Xhekaj dropped the gloves this evening to give us an old fashioned NHL heavyweight tilt.
