Your call: Should Yamamoto stay in Edmonton?

NHL reporter mentions that he may head back to juniors this year.

The Edmonton Oilers have a big decision to make, and they need to make it soon. Kailer Yamamoto is sitting at 7 games and has 2 more games before his entry-level contract kicks in.

He only has 3 points in the 7 games he's played so far - all assists. But he does bring a much-needed injection of creativity and skill to a lineup sorely lacking in that department on the wings.

As TSN's Ryan Rishaug mentions, his place in the lineup will likely show the team's inclination for the 2017 first rounder.

The Oilers don't play again until November 1st when they take on the Pittsburgh Penguins. Edmonton is 3-6-1, sitting 2nd to last in the Pacific division, only ahead of the winless Arizona Coyotes.

Juniors or NHL? What do you think?
