The National Hockey League, and the sport of hockey in general, boasts some of the most quality people when it comes to it's athletes and it seems like players in the NHL are routinely providing us with new examples of this very fact on a regular basis.

As all of you reading this will surely know, the Florida Panthers and Vegas Golden Knights are currently competing in the Stanley Cup Final for what will be the first Stanley Cup in the history of whichever team emerges victorious. With so much on the line no one would blame any player or coach on either of these teams for being completely focused on the games in front of them, but that doesn't appear to be the case when it comes to Golden Knights defenseman Zach Whitecloud.

In spite of the fact that Whitecloud had one of the biggest games of his life on Saturday night, the Golden Knights defenseman still took the time to think of those less fortunate. Whitecloud invited two young kids who had lost their father back in March to attend Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final, and he even went to visit them personally in the stands after the game had concluded.

Unbeknownst to Whitecloud someone was on hand to capture his good deed on video, exposing Zach Whitecloud for the good human being that he truly is.

According to Logan Reever of 8 News Now, Whitecloud even took the kids on a tour of the Golden Knights locker room after the interaction that was caught on video.
