Again?!
Just like last night, fans at Yankee Stadium in New York were not appreciative of the Canadian national anthem ahead of Game 4 of the ALDS between their Yankees and the visiting Blue Jays.
The ‘O Canada’ was again booed in the stands minutes before the first pitch.
Fans might have been motivated to boo again seeing that the Yankees won their first game of this series the night prior.
Some strange superstition now?
Not as much booing for the Canadian national anthem before Game 4 at Yankee Stadium as there was last night. Still some. pic.twitter.com/H0XrIMoR2X

Last night, the Yankees avoided elimination in dramatic fashion, rallying from a 6–1 deficit to beat the Blue Jays 9–6 in Game 3. Toronto now has another shot at clinching a spot in the American League Championship Series.
This is another must-win game as the Bronx Bombers are down 2-1 in the best-of-five series.
Just so you know, fans in the Bronx also booed Vladimir Guerrero Jr as soon as he made it to home plate. He still managed to get on the bases.
VLADDY GETS US STARTED IN THE BRONX 🤩

The rivalry is real, just like it is in the NHL.
