After going viral for stealing from a child, things have gotten even worse.
There are very few things that will unite fans of different sports from around the world, and even fewer still that will unite them all together on the same side of an issue. This week however we were treated to one such moment during an absolutely disgusting display that took place during a Major League Baseball game.
The game in question was being contested between the Miami Marlins and the Philadelphia Phillies, but it was what happened in the crowd during the game itself that has garnered attention now from around the world.
In a video that has now gone completely viral, a woman identified only as "Philly Karen" is shown berating a man over a baseball that flew into the crowd before eventually stealing it from a young child. The video is almost too surreal to be true, but you can see the whole thing happening before your very eyes and with NBC's Michael Barkann calling the action on play by play no less.
The best part of this story is that it had a happy ending, with the young boy who was robbed of a once in a lifetime type of souvenir getting a once in a lifetime type of experience that he will never forget instead.
Now as you might imagine when a moment like this transpires, there are dozens and dozens of people in attendance who pull out their phones to record. That is exactly what has happened in this scenario and now an entirely new video of the very same woman is going viral once again.
In this video the notorious "Philly Karen" can be seen berating a fan that was booing her for her reprehensible behavior, getting right up in his face while appearing to shout at him. Thankfully the entire section seems to have rallied against her during this fiasco, with loud boos audible from several different people in this new video.
Unfortunately for the woman in question I doubt that even this new video will be the last we see of her, especially given the overwhelmingly negative response to her actions that I have seen on social media.
