We are currently witnessing what is easily the most electric WNBA season in history, but Shaquille O’Neal wants more. So naturally, Big Diesel came through with his own fix to take the league to a whole new level.

Look, Shaq is just like the rest of us: he loves what he’s seeing right now. The WNBA has been pure cinema both on and off the court. You’ve got Caitlin Clark playing her absolute best basketball, A’ja Wilson putting up MVP numbers, and Olivia Miles bringing pure showtime energy to the floor.

And how could anyone forget the whole Sophie Cunningham drama that threw even more spotlight on the league?

According to Shaq, though, there’s still one key ingredient missing to turn the W into the ultimate spectacle: dunks.

We need dunks. Outside of Dominique Malonga throwing one down in the All-Star Game, WNBA dunks are basically non-existent. Shaq’s big fix? Lower the rims so dunking becomes a nightly occurrence for everyone.

On paper, the idea isn't totally crazy. But how would the players actually feel about it? That’s a whole different story.
