1st overall prospect Connor McDavid recorded the rarest of feats tonight by recording a Gordie Howe Hat Trick. You might ask yourself why the top rated pick out of 215 overall is fighting in the first place. McDavid recently stated "I'm not just going to let people push me around out there (on the ice). I have to stick up for myself". Unfortunately for McDavid, he injured his hand in the fight and was taken to a nearby hospital for X-rays. But what a glorious fight to end the night with. We hope he won't be out too long, because this kid can really do it all.
