The Edmonton Oilers Tyler Pitlick got tough reminder to always keep his head up last night. During the first period of the Oielrs game against the Sharks, Pitlick was drilled behind the net by the Sharks Tommy Wingels as he skated around back with the puck. Not only did Pitlick not hold on to the puck he was taken completely off his feet as he flew into the boards after a picturesque body check from Wingels. Good news is Pitlick did not appear to be injured on the play despite the huge hit which you can see here courtesy of the NHL
