Of all the injuries a player can suffer while on the ice, eye injuries are certainly the most concerning. Multiple players careers have been cut short due to these unfortunate kinds of injuries. Vancouver Canucks defenseman Kevin Bieksa suffered one such injury in Sunday nights game against the Nashville Predators. The play looks routine enough, as there is a battle for the puck in the corner.
