Biz Nasty gets himself a one year deal.

Beloved enforcer Paul " Biz Nasty" Bissonnette has earned himself a one year deal. Bissonnette made the announcement via twitter, and in typical Bissonnette style he was self-deprecating, choosing to photograph himself mailing the contract back via FedEx and refering to himself as a "4th line AHL plug." Bissonette will remain with the Los Angeles Kings' system, he signed with their AHL affiliate the Ontario Reign, who replaced the Manchester Monarchs as a result of the divisional realignment.  He played 48 games for the Monarchs last season recording 1 goal 6 assists and a stellar 167 penalty minutes, just under 3 and half minutes per game. He is after all best known for moments like this:
