The Pittsburgh Penguins have just been dealt yet another injury this postseason.

Shortly after Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Final ended in a 3-2 Pittsburgh Penguins' win over the Ottawa Senators, Penguins head coach Mike Sullivan informed the media that defenseman Chad Ruhwedel was out with a concussion.

Needless to say this was absolutely the last thing the Penguins needed considering their defensive group has already been devastated by injuries with Kris Letang out for the season and Justin Schultz currently unable to play.

The injury occurred when Ruhwedel was crushed by Ottawa Senators forward Bobby Ryan who delivered a huge hit that caught Ruhwedel up in the face.
