The Boston Bruins payed tribute to Shawn Thornton, n his first game at TD Gardens since being traded to the Florida Panthers in the offseason. The tough as nails Thornton has a huge fanbase in Boston due to his passionate play and community service. Any Bruins fan would tell you it is a shame he's gone. The Bruins did the right thing and honoured a guy who gave his all for the B's. He was an essential piece of the of the Bruins team that brought home the Cup in 2011. Here's to you Shawn, you're a class act.
