The Boston Bruins have signed veteran forward Simon Gagne to a one year contract. The deal is reportedly worth 600,000$. Gagne was with the Bruins in training camp on a professional tryout contract. He appeared in five preseason games and a goal and an assist. He had been traveling and practicing with the Bruins since the start of the regular season last week.
