Burrows goal enough for Canucks (Video)

On the night when the Vancouver Canucks were honoring Pat Quinn, the Canucks responded with a great effort and shutout the New Jersey Devils 2-0. It was a game even Pat himself would have been proud of. Alex Burrows redirected a slap pass from the point by Kevin Bieksa past Schneider to give the Canucks the lead just over a minute into the second period. The Canucks didn't need more than that. Shawn Matthias did score in the 3rd to put the Nucks up by two. Ryan Miller didn't have an overly busy night facing only 20 shots but he saved every one of them and earned his second shutout of the season. The Canucks ended up outshooting the Devils 36-20.
