It was a heck of a game between the Hawks and the Kings last night. Unfortunately there was a moment that just doesn't sit right. Tyler Toffoli scored a goal to tie the game at 3-3 with just over 6 minutes left to go in the game, however, as Comcast showed on the replay, Jeff Carter collided with Corey Crawford's head causing him to turn to the left and just after the puck goes through him into the net. Obviously it seems like the goal should have been waved off because the contact was substantial enough that Crawford was unable to make the save. You can see Crawford complain to the ref right after the puck went in. There was never a review and the goal stood for the Kings. Refereeing has been inconsistent at times and tonight they missed a big one. Here is the play, courtesy of CSN Chicago: [iframe id=""]
