When the Blackhawks drafted goaltender Corey Crawford 53rd overall in the 2003 NHL entry draft, they must have an inkling that he would be the future in goal for Chicago. A native of Chateauguay,QC, Crawford made his debut for the Blackhawks in the 2010-2011 season. He collected 30 wins in his first year as starting goaltender and has never looked back. On September 2, 2013, Crawford signed a six-year, $36-million contract extension with the Blackhawks through the 2019–20 season.He also won the Stanley Cup with the Blackhawks in 2013.
