David Krejci continues to struggle with injury issues.

David Krejci's injury woes continue, and he has been placed on injured reserve by the club. The Bruins made the move to place Krejci on IR and immediately called up Craig Cunningham of the AHL affiliate Providence Bruins. Krejci has struggled to get healthy after suffering a lower body injury in the preseason. As a result Krejci has been limited to just 11 games with the team all season, and according to multiple reports will miss at the very least the next four games of the Bruins western road trip. Krejci absense has been a frustrating one for Bruins fans, especially given the play he has demonstrated while on the ice this season. Despite having played just 11 games, all of them at a questionable level of fitness, Krejci has 10 points and a plus minus rating of 4. Here's to hoping this time off can signal the end of Krejci's injury struggles.
