Dion Phaneuf finally shows some heart. (VIDEO)

Dion Phaneuf gets a ton of flack for his big contract, and relatively weak production in comparison. Last night was a complete justification of that sentiment among Toronto fans. Sure Dion absolutely levels Pittsburgh Penguins forward Patric Hornqvist but it's in the third with his team already down 2-1. That was eventually the final score of the game, and despite many pointing on that Dion finally showed some heart in the game, he was a -1 with just a single shot on net the entire game. He also picked  up two penalties during the course of the game, not exactly an $8 million dollar effort. So while I want to point out the great play he made on Hornqvist let's not forget just how bad this guy is killing our Leafs. Here's the video courtesy of the NHL:
