FIGHT: Brett Hextall vs. Paul Thompson

You know that old saying, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree? Well it may be especially true for Ron Hextall and his son Brett. Although Brett is not a goalie, he sure takes after his father when it comes to fisticuffs. In this video, Hextall of the Lehigh Valley Phantoms manages to get around an official and engage Paul Thompson of the Albany Devils. Hextall gets a few good shots in and ultimately wins this bout by scoring the takedown. The fight causes a near bench clearing brawl, only proving that Hextall's are made tough.
