Goalie leaves game with bad looking injury

In a game where the offense was on fire and goalies were being peppered, one of the goalies paid the price.

Mike Smith went down with what looked like a bad injury with 12:42 left in the 3rd period. When Smith went down, the Coyotes were still in the game. It was 3-2 for the Sens with plenty of time left in the game. Ottawa went onto win 7-4.

The injury didn't look good. Smith seemed to be in a lot of pain and even punched the ice knowing that this probably isn't a good injury. He has had knee injuries before and if this injury ends up being long term, the Coyotes might be in trouble. Smith adds a lot to the Coyotes when he is between the pipes.
