Goaltender Craig Anderson surprises superfan at the hospital.

Hockey players continue to demonstrate that they are among the classiest athletes in all of sport.

Despite the fact that the Anderson family is struggling with their own health issues, Nicole Anderson was diagnosed with cancer, both Nicole and her husband, Ottawa Senators goaltender Craig Anderson, took some time out of their lives to comfort a fan.

The Andersons surprised a young fan named at Queensway Carleton Hospital and the Ottawa Senators had cameras on the scene to capture the whole experience. 

Needless to say Liam was shocked.
