Great transition leads to great goal (Video)

Luca Sbisa took it upon himself in overtime to go get the two points for the Canucks. He made a pass to himself off the boards to break out of the zone then got it up to Radim Vrbata who he then joined on the rush to make it a 2 on 1. Sbisa then crossed over to the left to get open to receive the pass from Radim Vrbata and put it past Jets goalie Pavelec and win the game for the Canucks. The Canucks are clinging onto the last playoff spot so it was a very important 2 points. The Canucks are also trailing the Jets by 2 points so this is what the Canucks needed.
