Bishop busted wide open.
There was a scary moment on Friday night during the season opener between the Las Vegas Golden Knights and the Dallas Stars.
Stars goaltender Ben Bishop suffered a nasty looking injury in his first official game for the Stars after he took a hard shot to the head, one that made a nasty sound as it struck his mask.
Bishop collapsed to the ice holding his head before removing his mask, and it's at that moment that the blood could be seen streaming down his head and onto the white ice surface.
A trainer came out to attend Bishop and immediately pulled him out of the game, no word yet on how injured the veteran goalie may be at this current time.
