Head coach refuses to call suspension “fair”

Watch Chicago Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville sharing his thoughts on the suspension given to Niklas Hjalmarsson for his illegal charge on Ty Rattie of the St.Louis Blues.  Coach Q respects that the National Hockey League's Department of Player Safety is just doing their job but he has no comments when asked if he felt he call was fair or not.
