Leafs receive ultimate insult (Video)

Having your jersey thrown on the ice by fans at your own rink is bad enough. Now tonight they had to deal with it on the road. During the Leafs/Canadiens game tonight, a fan threw a Leafs jersey on the ice. As if the Leafs weren't feeling down enough already being shut out by the Habs. The Leafs players looked so dejected on the bench. It has been a very hard season for the Leafs and it seems to be wearing them down. Dion Phaneuf took an unsportsmanlike penalty for swearing at the ref after he was given a tripping penalty. With so many Leafs being rumoured to be heading out of Toronto, it seems like some of them might actually be hoping for it.
