Mike Yeo responds to critics questioning the team's motivation.

Some have called the Minnesota Wild's motivation into question after they've fallen down 0-3 in the series to Chicago without even once holding the lead. Wild head coach Mike Yeo made it crystal clear that motivation isn't the issue on Wednesday, in fact he shared his own personal motivation for Game 4.

I hate the word — I’ve never been swept.” said Yeo on the possibility of a sweep. “That’s pretty motivating in itself.”

Yeo also stood up for his players making it clear that he doesn't believe there's any lack of motivation in the Wild's locker room.

“The motivation’s not part of it. We wouldn’t even be here if we didn’t have that kind of pride,” Yeo explained. “How we approach it right now is what matters most. “For me, I’m just doing everything I can to make sure our guys are ready. I’m ready to coach the best game I can tomorrow.”

The Wild have a near impossible task if they want to win the series over Chicago, but it wouldn't be the first time a team comes back to win a series after being down 0-3.
