Antoine Roussel will likely be getting a call from NHL Player Safety for this one. Although McQuaid appeared to be ok after the play it was clear that the optics of this incident played a major factor in the punishment on the ice, and could very well do so for any future punishment from the league. It all started Rousel appeared to take exception to an attempted check from McQuaid in the neutral zone, the two men squared up and it looked liek we would have a fight on our hands. We got this instead.
