Namestnikov shoves Andersen, Roman Polak makes him pay.

You can't touch the opposing goalie and not except not to pay a heavy price.

On Tuesday night Tampa Bay Lightning forward Vladislav Namestnikov definitely crossed the line when he took liberties with Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Frederik Andersen, shoving him hard while Andersen remained in his crease.

That shove immediately sparked the anger of Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Roman Polak and he delivered a series of hard crosschecks to the back of Namestnikov, and it's hard to say he wasn't justified in his anger.

What was impressive from Polak however was how quickly he reacted to the shove considering he had his back turned to Namestnikov when the incident occurred.

Here's the replay.
