This is not a good look for National Hockey League captain Gabriel Landeskog.

On Monday during a game for the IIHF World Championship tournament between the United States and Sweden, the Colorado Avalanche forward delivered a late blindside hit to former Chicago Blackhawks first round draft pick Nick Shmaltz.

Shmaltz struggled to regain his feet after the hit, and he hobbled over to the United States bench in obvious pain after the unfortunate play. Below you can see the video replay from multiple angles although the audio is not in English.
