The NHL has it's newest member in the 500 point club! (VIDEO)

Phil Kessel of the Toronto Maple Leafs became the latest NHL player to reach the 500 point milestone. Those who have followed Kessel's career will know that this particular milestone will be extra sweet for the Leafs sniper, as his 500th career point came on a goal against the team that traded him away to Toronto. Kessel previously recorded his 499th point on the very same night when he fed a terrific pass to set up a JVR goal earlier in the game. Congratulations Phil Kessel!
