Oh Captain, my Captain (VIDEO)

Philadelphia Flyers captain Claude Giroux was instrumental last night as he scored two power-play goals and added an assist, in the Flyers 4-3 victory over the Colorado Avalanche. Giroux showed a spectacular display of accuracy on his first goal as he snapped a perfectly placed wrist shot into the top corner, past Avalanche goaltender Reto Berra. Giroux now has 4 goals and 14 assists for 18 points on the season in just 14 games. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come as the Flyers desperately need their main goal scorer to start producing at a high level.
