Pearson crashes into the boards and breaks his leg! (VIDEO)

You can put this one in the, that must of really really hurt category. Tanner Pearson suffered a bit of a freak injury when his Los Angeles Kings took on the Winnipeg Jets. Pearson would leave the game after crashing awkwardly into the boards but at fi4rst it appeared unclear exactly what had happened. The reason no one realized the extent of the injury was because Pearson being the insanely tough guy that he is skated off the ice with what we now suspect to be a broken leg. We say suspect because there have been conflicting reports on exactly what Pearson broke.

  The young 22 year old was having the best year of his career with 12 goals, including three game winners in his 42 games with the Kings this season. UPDATE:
