The Ottawa Senators have come to play and they are bringing the physicality in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Ottawa Senators veteran defenseman Dion Phaneuf set the tempo early when he absolutely crushed Pittsburgh Penguins' forward Bryan Rust with a devastating open ice hit.

It was obvious right away that the 25-year-old Rust was feeling the full effects of the impact, and he would eventually retreat to the locker room as a result of that impact.
