If there was any doubt left in the minds of Penguins fans when it comes to the trade involving forward Phil Kessel, he may have erased them from the minds of even his biggest critics.

Kessel has been absolutely dominant in Game 6 against the Washington Capitals, and looks like he is on a one made crusade to knock Alex Ovechkin and company, a favorite to win it all this year, out of the playoffs in the second round.

Kessel has scored twice, first in the opening period with a rocket shot that beat Capitals goaltender Braden Holtby, who has been very solid for the Capitals historically in the playoffs, and again in the second after showing tremendous patience and out-waiting Holtby.

The Capitals have yet to put a goal on the scoreboard, and Kessel looks like he won't be denied this evening, and while it's never over until it's over, it looks like the Penguins may be cruising to a second round playoff victory.
