Player loses it while in the penalty box

Antoine Roussel is know to be a pretty intense player and tonight he really showed it.

While in the penalty box after taking a penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct, he completely lost it. He wasn't happy with the penalty and decided to show his frustration. The two minutes he got brought his total up to 18 penalty minutes for the game. It was a very physical game with lots of penalties being given out to both sides.

I just don't see how taking out you frustrations on a poor helpless water bottle and whatever else you can find in a penalty box is going to help your team win.

At least it gives us something to laugh at.
