Questionnable hit: Does Alex Ovechkin deserve a suspension for this?!

For a second time in 2 straight games, Alex Ovechkin is in the center of a questionnable hit. The Caps' winger hit Niklas Hjlamarsson earlier this evening, the Capitals managed to win the game 3 to 2. Here's a short sequence of the hit, the angle is poor but we can clearly see that Ovi's hit is not very clean. So according to you, will he be suspended or will he benefit of his superstar status?!
