It seemed for a while that Stephan Weiss was winning over the Red Wings faithful. After coming back from injury this season Weiss was on fire, recording 10 points through the first 8 games he played with the Red Wings after coming back from injury this season. However not long after his great start Weiss once again found himself a victim of the injury bug, and now he has become a ghost on the ice for Detroit. Weiss now has just one point in his last 8 games with the team, for a season total of 12 points in 20 games, extremely disappointing numbers considering the start he had. Weiss Spoke to the Detroit Free Press this afternoon and opened up about his struggles. Once thing is certain, Weiss seriously needs to pick his game up or he will never be able to shake the "bust" moniker in the eyes of Wings fans.
