Well this looks familiar. A familiar team has once again won the right to draft the  first overall pick in the 2015 NHL Draft. The Edmonton Oilers have won the right to draft the first overall selection for the fourth time in six years. The Buffalo Sabres finished second overall with the Arizona Coyotes finishing third. The Oilers had a 11.5% chance of winning the lottery and that's exactly what ended up happening. Oilers assistant GM Bill Scott spoke briefly with Elliotte Friedman following the announcement. "Getting the number one pick is going to fill an important hole on our lineup", he said. Asked whether the Oilers would consider trading the first overall pick, Scott said it was "highly unlikely."
