It appears that the Canucks will have to start imagining life without their star goaltender. Goaltender Ryan Miller was forced from Sunday's game against the New York Islanders after he suffered a lower-body injury. Miller left the game in the second period after a collision with teammate Jannik Hansen. The injury did not look good as Miller could not put any weight on the right leg. According to Pierre LeBrun of ESPN, Miller is set to return to Vancouver for an MRI to give the Canucks a better handle on the nature and extent of the injury. With two games remaining on the team's five-game road trip it appears Eddie Lack will be called upon to help Vancouver hold onto a playoff spot while Miller is out.
