For the 15th time in 18 seasons the Ottawa Senators will appear in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. This year was a little tougher than most for the Sens', who reeled off 21 wins in their final 27 games in order to qualify for the postseason. The Senators only needed one point against the Philadelphia Flyers to punch their postseason ticket Saturday, and they picked up two with the 3-1 victory. Rookie phenom Mark Stone scored a pair of goals, including a breakaway marker in the third period that put the game out of reach. They are now set to face either the Tampa Bay Lightning or Montreal Canadiens in the first round. Whether it be the play of Stone, star defenseman Erik Karlsson or goaltender Andrew "The Hamburglar" Hammond, the Senators came back from nearly unthinkable odds to make it to the playoffs this year. You have got to love a team that can do that. [iframe id=""]
