Ron Hextall talks about the potential firing of Craig Berube! (VIDEO)

With things as bad as they are in Philadelphia it's no surprise when questions about change in personnel and management come up. Flyers general manager Ron Hextall addressed some of those very questions today, specifically those surrounding the tenure of Craig Berube as head coach of the Flyers. Hextall made himself crystal clear, he believes that everyone is accountable and firing Berube would be the wrong move as he is only partially to blame.

“Well, I can say this: There’s culpability from all of us – from myself, from (Berube), the assistant coaches, the players, everybody,” said Hextall. “Everybody is in this. And we all have to do a better job. So, um, I have no plans … on replacing the coach.”
