When a shutout isn't enough (Video)

Henrik Lundqvist will take the shutout but will not be happy with the loss. It's the type of game where you wished it would just end in a tie. Lundqvist made 25 saves but made one less than his opponent in the shootout to just miss out on the win. The Rangers were all over the Jets at times. They out shot the Jets 38-25 but it was definitely the night of the goaltenders. Both goalies were great but it was one extra save that made the difference. St. Louis had a great chance to end it in overtime when he got in all alone but Pavelec made a nice blocker save. The Blueshirts will now continue their home stand on Monday against the St. Louis Blues. The Rangers are doing well lately with points in 5 of their last 6 games. [iframe id="" mode="normal"]
