As many of you know by now, "The Dominator" was honored last night during a ceremony put on by the Buffalo Sabres. However it was a very special night for more than just the former Red Wings goaltender, current Red Wings goalie Petr Mrazek also had his own special moment. Mrzek was just 6 years old when his hero, Dominik Hasek led the Czech Republic to a gold medal victory at the Nagano Olympic games, and last night Mrazek got to shake hands with his hero.   [embed][/embed]   Mrazek went on to have an incredible performance with his hero watching on, stopping all but one of the 26 shots he faced, including shutting down the offensive onslaught from Buffalo late in the third period. Mrazek ended the night with a .962 save percentage for the game something that should make Red Wings fans feel a little better about losing starter Jimmy Howard to injury.
