A little less then mid way through the very first frame the Red Wings found themselves down a man after Kyle Quincey was called for a slash. Drew Miller came up big when his team needed it most, capitalizing on a great feed from defenseman Jonathan Ericsson to break away and eventually score a short handed goal against the Panthers Roberto Luongo.
