TONIGHT: Spezza busted open after behind hit from behind. (VIDEO)

It was a bad penalty by the Montreal Canadiens Alexei Emelin. A 5 minute game misconduct for boarding against the Dallas Stars Jason Spezza, an easy call once the referees saw the blood leaking from the injured face of the Stars forward. The Stars were already on the power play, and despite being down 3-1 at the time have since scored to make it a one goal game. It wasn't the most vicious of hits from behind, but the visual certainly isn't good, you can see for yourself in this video courtesy of the NHL.
